Transparent cards
I made these cards using trancparencies and rub-ons. I have all of these rub-ons from last year's Stampin' Up sale-a-bration (and am now just using them!) I started with white cardstock for the base and the same size for the transparency overlay. I trimmed the bottom edge with scallop scissor and some paper piercing. After putting on the rub-on, I added a little glitter glue to sparkle it up.
