Babies

Here are a few baby cards I made to keep on hand. The stork card is made with the set "How Sweet it is" by Gina K. The background is made with a cuddlebug embossing folder. The four square baby card is made with "Nursery Necessities" by Stampin' Up. The rattle card is made from the set "Figures of Speech" by Stampin' Up.

Something Bright

It has been a little dreary the last few days with storms and rain, so I thought I should put something fun and bright up. Just a few birthday cards with a little color. The smiley face card is made with the set Smile (retired Stampin' Up) and the background is made with Itty Bitty Backgrounds (Stampin' Up). A little bit of ribbon and a red balloon for some added fun! The worm card is from a more current set, Bugs and Wishes (also Stampin' Up). The background on this card is made from an embossing folder from Cuddlebug. I couldn't find a hat stamp small enough for the worm, so I tried to draw my own. (Not the greatest, but it fits!) TFL! See you next time!

I found these cute boxes (and matching pens) at the Dollar Store (can you believe it??) I used the new set Tart & Tangy (Stampin' Up). I used the markers to color the strawberries and used the brown at the bottom to make it look they were dipped in chocolate. Some patterned paper and ribbon and the scallop punch finished these simple cards. The sentiment "So very sweet" is a perfect thank you card. All tied up with a ribbon and placed in the matching box, makes a cute (and economical) gift!
