Love you Much

Here are a few samples I made using the new set Love You Much. Be sure to check out Stampin' Up's website to see the new set. Get the stamp set, designer paper and the heart to heart punch as a bundle all for $41.48. I just used some pattern paper that I had here. The red ribbon is frim Stampin' Up, the pink ribbon I found at Michaels in the dollar bin. I also used a white gel pen and some pink and red glitter glue.

Holiday Bag

Here is a little treat I made for a holiday gift exchange. (Everyone wanted to know if I made the bag, but i didn't. I found it at Hobby Lobby.) The bag was the inspiration for the rest of the gift. I am obssessed with making sure everything matches. I made ornament cards using my Cricut. I added a few other Christmas treats to finish off the gift. Happy Holidays!

Cold Cash

Need a quick and easy money card? I whipped up five of these in no time for my dad. Start with a card base of 8 1/2 x 9 1/2. When scoring the card, the dimensions are simple with the score-pal, but a little more difficult when scoring with a fiskars paper cutter. On the score-pal, there are arrows to help guide for making a tri-fold card. On the fiskars the scoring dimensions are 3 5/8 and 7 4/8. I used the circle punch (1 3/8) and punched a half circle in the bottom middle. Fold the bottom up and attach with two small silver brads. The front is decorated by tearing a piece of white cardstock to look like snow (covered with dazzling diamonds). The penguin is from the set Polar Pals (retired Stampin' Up) and the snowflake is from the set Cold Play (retired Stampin' Up). I used dimensional dots to pop out the penguin. (I think that it took me longer to type this up than to make the cards!)

No Peeking 'Til Christmas!

Aren't these post-it notes just the cutest?? I found these at Target (I think! Way too much shopping, I guess!) I used the santa and sentiment from the set Crayon Christmas (retired Stampin' Up). I added a border with a white gel pen. I added a magnet on the back. Easy and cute. I made enough of these for my parent helpers for our classroom Christmas party. I put the post-it note in a clear cello bag with a little shredded red paper. Added a red ribbon at the top and had a quick and cute gift.

Fun Notebooks

Here are some notebooks I made up for a friend (and her teacher friends). She wanted some glam and they are personalized. I used the Cricut to cut out their names. I added some ribbon, fibers, gems and flowers. Hope she likes them (and her friends, too!).

Cricut Ornaments

I found this cute felt bag and thought it would be just the right size for a set of note cards. And it is! I used the Cricut cartridge "Christmas Cheer" and tried to duplicate the look and color of the ornaments on the bag. I jazzed them up with some silver glitter glue and some sticker clear gems. I added some faux stitching around the edges of the cards with a white gel pen. (I thought about getting out my sewing machine, but it seemed like a lot of extra work, so I cheated!) I tied light pink organdy ribbon around the cards and envelopes. I didn't add a sentiment or saying, thought they could be a generic note card, perfect for a "thank you" or "thinking of you" during the holidays.

Cricut Fun

I have had my Cricut out lately and was playing around with the Paper Pups cartridge. I ordered a few new cartridges online and can't wait until they come in. (I'm a little disappointed, I ordered them before Thanksgiving with 2 day priority shipping and they still haven't come.) So, as I wait, this is one of the cards I made.

Create from a Kit

I'm always on the look out for these kind of cards.  They are so easy to create from.  By using a few tools and supplies from your sta...
