Nothing says summer like an ice cream treat! Last year I used this pattern to make orange popsicles, this is just a little twist using the same pattern and the same stamp set (Tart and Tangy from Stampin' Up). There are so many possibilities with this card idea (just change the color cardstock and ribbon). Don't forget the scallop punch to take a "bite" out of your treat!
