Holiday Recipe Books

Well, I wish I could say I've been super busy and that is why I haven't been posting anything lately, but that is just not the case. The truth is, I have been super lazy!! Now that I am done with craft shows and workshop/classes, I just have been enjoying "lounging" on my couch (with my computer checking out other blogs!). I do have a few pictures from some of my last craft show projects. Here are some pictures of some holiday recipe books I made. These were just index card books I found at back to school time and thought these would be cute little holiday books. I sold these for $5 each. Now that I am looking for little family or work gifts, I wish I would have bought more (I only bought 4 of them and they sold right away at the craft show). There is always next year! Thanks for checking in. Hopefully, I will be back posting again on a more regular basis. TTFN! Edited for comments: I found these index card books at Meijer. These books came in two different colors (when I found them, there might have been more colors).

Very cute and clever. I can see why you should have made more. Thanks for sharing such a cute idea.

Did the colored wires come on the Index Cards or did you punch holes and put the wires on it. I like the colored wire idea.
