This bird stamp and saying were from Savvy stamps. The decorative corner is a technique from Close to My Heart.
First, take a 2x2 piece of paper and fold in half twice creating quarters.
Next, fold two corners in toward middle (to create a corner).
Punch holes for ribbon.
Add ribbon.
Slide card into decorative corner.
