Happy Birthday, Cupcake!

I found this glitter paper pack from My Mind's Eye (it was half off at Hobby Lobby). I love these colors together. I used the Big Bold Cupcake sizzlet dies from Stampin' Up. After I cut the cupcakes, I embossed them with Cuddlebug embossing folders and sponged over the edges. The large scallop circle and inner circle were made with punches from Marvy. The ribbon is from Stampin' Up.
