Well, where did March go?? I didn't realize it has been so long since I posted. This was a card from my last card class. This set Terrific Tulips is a retired Stampin' Up set. The flower vellum paper was from a value pack from JoAnn Fabrics. I stamped the tulips twice and cut one out. I "plumped" it with a stylus on a foam mat for the dimensional look. The ribbon is Stampin' Up.
